| 摘 要： | 核心家庭作为中国目前家庭的主要类型，其生命周期分为六个阶段．在界定核心家庭空巢阶段在职期、明确家庭体育内涵的基础上，对六个阶段的家庭体育的开展情况进行了分析，重点分析了空巢阶段在职期的家庭体育价值，进而提出了核心家庭空巢阶段在职期家庭体育的开展对策．
