| 摘 要： | 文献资源建设是大学图书馆为师生服务最核心的载体．当前，西部新建院校馆藏建设存在诸多问题，数量上表现在图书统计总量与实际库存总量的差异、库存总量与学生规模的差距、文献馆藏复本量大方面；质量上表现在纸质图书的载体质量和图书的内容质量方面，为此提出应对策略是：办馆理念与工作思路要全面践行所在大学的办学理念，馆藏建设要突出为教学与科研服务的T作思路．
