| 摘 要： | 面对日益严峻的就业形势，从劳动力市场变化角度出发，通过对比多样性的就业模式及其对劳动力市场变化适应调整的分析，论述现阶段我国劳动就业模式变化的基本情况。就规范劳动市场的就业模式，提高就业水平，提出了针对性的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the changes of China＇ s employment modes at current stage from the perspective of the alterations in labor market. Faced with the severe situation of employment, by comparing the diversity of employment modes we analyze the adjustments form the labor to the changes in the labor market, put forward policy recommendations for the standardizing the employment patterns and raising the level of employment. |
