| 摘 要： | 通过对双反馈教学法的教学目标、教学意义、教学程序、教学环境、教学评价、教学优势等方面的理论研究，证明了在高等体育院校教学中，该教学法比传统教学法更有利于提高学生的理论知识水平、技术技能和观察分析解决问题的能力，且可以提高学生指导教学能力和培养学生创造性思维能力。
