| 摘 要： | 高校体育教师合理的知识结构分三个层合理的知识结构为三个层次即普通基础知识、学科专业知识和教育学科知识。能力结构包括教学能力、训练能力、指导学生课外锻炼能力、教育能力、科研能力与保健能力。知识是形成能力的基础,能力具有创造知识的作用。因此,要重视知识信息的交流和能力的培养,不断完善高校体育教师的知识结构与能力结构。

| Abstract: | With the development of science and education, the knowledge structure and ability structure of physical education teachers have changed. They are transferring to the "intelligent type" with the rational knowledge structure and strong abilities. In this essay,the anthors think that the rational knowledge structure of physical education teacher in college is divided into basic knowledge,specialized knowledge and educational knowledge. The ability structure includes teaching ability,training ability, research ability and health protection ability. Knowledge is the basis of forming ability; ability also has the function of creating knowledge. Therefore, we should not emphasize the exchange of knowledge information and the ability training,and try to improve the knowledge structure and ability structure. |
