| Abstract: | This paper firstly made a brief overview on open uni-versities and learning support and service thought, analyzed the current problems, and explored the strategies of constructing a learning support and service system in open university teaching management from four aspects, including the construction of the supporting and service with learners as the subject, the enhance-ment of student management, the design of a wide collaboration and conversation, and the construction of a learning support and service quality system. |
