| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育质量评价指标体系对成人高等教育办学行为提出规范性的要求和实施的依据，是成人高等教育改革与发展的“晴雨表”。现有的成人高等教育质量评价指标体系存在一定的问题和缺陷。遵循成人高等教育质量评价指标体系原则，构建统一的、特色鲜明的、适应现代社会人才流动潮流的、全面的成人高等教育质量评价指标体系，促进成人高等教育的办学质量和声誉。

| Abstract: | The Quality Evaluation Index System of Adult Higher Education puts forward the norm requests and implementation ba-sis to adult higher education. It is the barometer of the reform and development of adult higher education. There are defects and problems in the existing quality evaluation index system of adult higher education. It is necessary to follow the principles of quality evaluation index system of adult higher education and build up an all-round, unified and distinctive evaluation index system which fits the trend of talent-flowing in modern society so as to facilitate its quality and enhance its reputation. |
