| 摘 要： | 经济工业园区的发展是推动地方工业化、市场化、现代化的需要，要牢牢抓住建设“关中要天水经济区”的战略机遇，坚持“产业化富民，工业化强县”的总体要求，坚定不移地加快实施“工业强县”战略统筹协调发展县域经济，做大做强优势工业产业和优势工业产品，提升工业经济运行质量和效益，全面促进经济社会发展。

| Abstract: | The development of the economic and industrial park is the need to promote local industrialization, marketization and modernization, as well as the general requirement of firmly seiz-ing the strategic opportunity of＂Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone＂ construction and adhering to ＂enriching the people with industries and strengthening the county by industrialization＂. We should unswervingly accelerate the implementation of＂strength-ening the county with industry＂, coordinate the development of county economy, vigorously develop competitive industries and products, and improve the quality and effectiveness of industrial economic operation, so as to comprehensively promote economic and social development. |
