| 摘 要： | 近年来大学生就业难的问题愈演愈烈，高等教育忽视学生的性格特点养成，文章通过分析问卷调查结果，探索性格与职业规划的关系，提出改善不良性格的方法，力求优化当下大学生性格与职业生涯规划之间的关系，进而对就业盲目、就业困难的问题有所帮助。

| Abstract: | University students＇ difficult employment is increas-ingly intensified in recent years, but higher education neglects the development of students＇ personality characteristics. Through an-alyzing the questionnaire survey results, this paper explored the relationship between character and career planning, proposed methods to improve bad characters, and strove to optimize the current relationship between university students＇ character and career planning, thus eliminating aimless employment and diffi-cult employment. |
