| 摘 要： | 党的十七届四中全会提出建设马克思主义学习型政党的重大战略任务。本文从当前高校党建工作面临的形势入手，深入分析了大学生群体的特征和复杂的外部环境给党建工作带来的严峻挑战，并对高校创建学习型党组织提出了若干对策。

| Abstract: | The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Com-mittee proposed the major strategic task of constructing a learn-ing-oriented Marxist political party. Starting from the current sit-uation of university Party construction, this paper deeply analyzed the severe challenges brought to Party construction by the fea-tures of university students and the complex external environ-ment, and put forward several countermeasures for the construc-tion of learning-oriented Party organizations in universities. |
