| 摘 要： | 21世纪以来,我国进入了高等教育大众化阶段,部分发达地区甚至进入了高等教育普及化阶段。在这一背景下,我国技术本科院校应运而生,并在办学的过程中逐渐形成了自己的办学特色,但仍面临诸多困难,如体系不完善,师资力量不足、质量不高、结构不合理,校企合作培养模式执行不力等。因此,为使技术本科院校实现可持续发展,建议采取以下发展路径,即学科建设显特色:技术本科院校特色发展的核心;师资队伍显特色:技术本科院校特色发展的保障;人才培养显特色:技术本科院校特色发展的基本出发点和落脚点。

| Abstract: | The development of higher education entered massification phase since the new century,and the technological undergraduate colleges were appeared under the background.They have formed their own characteristics in the school-running process.However,they also confronted some difficulties,such as shortage of teaching staff,low quality,unreasonable structure,etc..The following pathways can be adopted for achieving the sustainable development of technological undergraduate colleges: strengthening the characteristic construction of discipline,teaching staff and talents cultivation. |
