| 摘 要： | 加入WTO以后我国金融业的发展更为迅速,金融产品和金融服务日益向个人生活渗透,金融消费开始成为社会成员的一种重要消费形式,但我国目前在这一领域内相关的法律制度尚未构建起来,金融消费者的权益保护明显不足。金融危机后美国在金融监管改革中的一系列典型性措施,对完善我国金融消费者权益的法律保护具有重要借鉴作用,通过制定统一的法律、建立统一的金融消费者保护机构、强化信息披露义务等方面的措施,将有利于金融消费权益的保护。

| Abstract: | The financial industry is developing rapidly since our country has joined the WTO, and financial products and services start to infiltrate into personal life, but the legal protection system in this field hasnt been established, leading to a weakness in protecting financial consumers＂ rights. After the financial crisis, American concludes the experience through the financial regulating reformation which can be helpful to establish the legal protection system of China. |
