| 摘 要： | 由于应届毕业生和归国留学生人数激增,而相应就业岗位增长缓慢,导致经管类专业的就业形势日趋严峻。为深入探讨经管类毕业生就业能力及其与用人单位需求的匹配度,我们通过问卷调查、深度谈话和数据分析等途径进行了相关研究,并从供需双方的需求出发,从毕业生、高校、用人单位、政府四方面提出促进就业的相关对策和建议。
