| Abstract: | The process of knowledge flow in organizations is analyzed to discuss the sharing of tacit knowledge.The sharing of tacit knowledge is observed from the individual level and the organizational level.Based on this,the conditions,barriers,solutions,tools and guarantees of tacit knowledge sharing are pointed out,and some problems at the deeper level are put forward. |
