| 摘 要： | AJ模型是研究企业选择合作/非合作创新的基本模型,其主要结论是当行业内技术溢出较大时,企业倾向于选择合作创新。创新辅助性资产的专有性作为决定企业能否垄断创新收益的重要因素,已经受到了理论界的普遍重视。结合这两方面的研究,将创新辅助性资产的专有性引入AJ模型的创新函数中,设计了双寡头垄断市场结构下企业之间的动态博弈实验。实验研究表明:当行业内技术溢出率一定时(此时,企业选择合作或者非合作创新可获得同等收益),创新辅助性资产的专有性越强,寡头企业越倾向于选择非合作创新;创新辅助性资产的专有性越弱,寡头企业越倾向于选择合作创新。研究结论对于解释我国类似汽车等垄断行业中的企业创新方式选择具有一定的现实意义。
