摘    要:高职教育供应链模型始于对企业供应链理论的拓展研究。这一链式结构涵盖了高职教育从生源选拔到人才培养再到毕业生就业的全过程,全面反映了高职教育的供需过程,更加准确地揭示了影响高职毕业生就业的各种因素。江苏财经职业技术学院以此为依据,尝试从供应链的全过程入手,创新人才就业模式改革,增强高职教育供应链每个结点的市场竞争力,提高毕业生的"一次性就业到位率"。

Abstract:upply chain model of higher vocational education originates from expansion study on the supply chain theory.The chain structure covers the whole process from selection and cultivation of students to the employment of them,which fully reflects the supply and demand of vocational education,and accurately reveals the impacts of various factors on high er vocational graduates employment.Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Finance & Economics tries to reform the graduates’employment patterns according to the supply chain,which enhanced the market competitiveness of each node of supply chain of higher vocational education,and greatly improved th"eone-time employment in place rate"for higher voca tional graduates.
