| 摘 要： | 依法治国，建设社会主义法治国家是我国的治国方略，依法治国的核心是依法行政。国家权力是通过国家公务员去行使的。因此，国家公务员是否能做到依法行政，对于建立社会法治国家具有十分重要的作用和意义。拟对依法行政，行政权力与国家法律进行分析和探讨。
