| 摘 要： | 我国保险监管机构对保险公司进行现场检查尚存在不少欠缺，为提高现场检查的有效性，保险监管机构需要统筹安排现场检查计划，加强队伍建设并引入第三方检查力量，从而以点带面提高现场检查绩效。监管机构须完善以非现场检查分析结果、突发事件和消费者投诉事件触动现场检查的机制。

| Abstract: | There are still many deficiencies when China＇s insurance regulatory authorities conduct on- site examination of insurance companies. In order to enhance the effectiveness of the on - site examinations , the insurance regulatory authorities need to coordinate and arrange on - site examination programs, strengthen team building and introduce the third -party examination force, thus improve the on- site examination performance from a point to an area . Regulatory authorities must improve the mechanisms of anaylzing the results with non - site examinations as well as unexpected events and consumer complaints trigger on -site examinations. |
