| 摘 要： | 论述体育旅游资源开发的概念、内涵及分类。认为:体育旅游资源的支持系统有国家宏观调控和政策支持、经济环境和资金投入支持、社会环境支持、体育旅游资源支持、客源市场支持和安全保障与服务支持等。影响因素为资金投入不足,全社会对体育旅游文化的理解程度不够,缺乏宏观调控、整体规划和协调发展,人才缺乏;体育人文资源的开发注重观赏性而忽视参与性。提出开辟多元投资渠道,建立规范化、专业化的体育旅游资源开发管理体系,通过多渠道培养体育旅游人才等建议。

| Abstract: | The conception,connotation and classification of the exploitation of sports tourism resources were discussed upon.It considers that the supporting system of sports tourism resources contains the supports of state macro-regulation-control and policy,economic environment and investment,social environment,sports tourism resources,tourists market,security-safeguard and service etc.The influential factors are as follows: the investment is insufficient,the whole society hasn't acquired a deep understanding of sports tourist culture,there have been short of macro-regulation-control,overall plan and coordinative development,the talents are lack,and the exploitation of sports humanist resources has attached importance only to appreciative nature,and ignored participation.So it puts forward some countermoves,such as breaking a channel of plural investment,setting up a normalized and professionalized management system of sports tourism resources exploitation,cultivating sports tourism talents through multi-channel and so on. |
