| 摘 要： | 通过调查研究,总结出学习跆拳道技术动作的四大特点和三个学习阶段,分析了影响学习跆拳道技术动作的主要因素,得出发展跆拳道技术动作的学习能力可以从学习心理指导、学习方法指导和培养良好的跆拳道学习习惯入手。
