| Abstract: | This article gets the actual situation of the net work reference service of ten libraries by means of website and Network and lett er viciting,and summarizes the similarities and differences of the networked reference service from the forms of service,object,structure,content,time and other aspects by comparing the services between the cross-strait university libraries,and gives some recommendations on how to improve the network reference service of the Mainland Universities. |
