| Abstract: | With the putting forward of "human-based" legal construction theory,whether China's system of reeducation through labor still exists or not has become one of hot topics in legal research.The deviation of the recognition of the character of the system produces a lot of problems in the theory and practice of reeducation through labor.Correctly understanding of the character of reeducation through labor is helpful to the development and perfection of this system. |
