| 摘 要： | 西周时代宗法制的层级分封，建立起了国家控制土地的贵族层级领有制，其基础是公有私营的井田制。西周控制土地方式的特点是：周王在周礼理念和分封实践中拥有天下土地占有、使用、收益和处分的权利；分封诸侯拥有封国土地的占有、使用、收益和处分的权利；中下级贵族拥有封地的占有、使用、收益和有限的处分权利。
