国际视野中的教育公平及其借鉴作用

摘    要:教育公平是国际教育界关注的热点问题。我国教育工作者对此也更加重视。坚持教育公平,促进均衡发展已成为新时期我国教育,尤其是基础教育的发展目标。借鉴国际经验很有必要。其中,各国政府和领导高度重视教育公平,教育界热衷于教育公平理论的研究和宣传;各国积极制定政策,形成稳定持久的法律保证;保障教育经费,倾斜基础教育;特别关注弱势群体和农村教育等经验,给人启迪,值得学习。

Abstract:Educational fairness is an issue concerned by people in international education field. The educators in China also pay more attention to it. In the new period it has been the aim to stick to the educational fairness and to promote the equal development in edueation, especially the development in basic education. In order to reach this aim it is quite necessary to draw on the experience of foreign countries, such as the experience that the governments and the leaders of different countries give priority to the educational fairness,the experience of foreign countries' research in the theory on educational fairness ,and the experience they've got in the aspect of drawing politics and establishing legal guarantee system in education, guaranteeing the educational investment and priority ,in particular,more attention which has been paid to those poor people and those rural areas.
