| 摘 要： | 本文从创新企业知识共享穿透切入,基于社会网络理论(SNA)分析视角,重点剖析社会网络"结构洞"对创意知识共享的"倒U型"影响。通过构建数量Logistic(阻滞增长)模型,旨在建立黏度适宜的"社会网络桥",撬动"结构洞"与创新能力的倒U型曲线,强化创新企业社会网络内各个行为利基体间的沟通与信任,增强彼此间的联系强度与网络中心强度,提高创意企业的创新知识共享水平,促进企业创新水平的提升。

| Abstract: | This paper from the innovation of enterprise knowledge sharing through the entry,based on social network theory(SNA)analysis perspective,focusing on"social network structural holes"for knowledge sharing behavior"inverted U"effect.By constructing a number of Logistic(block growth)model,aims to establish appropriate viscosity"social network bridge",inverted U curve move"structural holes"behavior and knowledge sharing,communication and trust,strengthen innovation enterprise social network within each behavior and substrate,enhance the contact strength and network center strength,improve creative enterprise knowledge sharing level. |
