| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、高速摄影、影片解析及对比分析的方法,从助跑最后两步支撑期有关运动学参数入手,对我国部分优秀男子跳远运动员助跑技术进行研究,认为我国男子跳远运动员最后一步助跑技术不合理,表现为:着地缓冲阶段动作消极、重心下降过大、身体重心水平速度损失过多;蹬伸阶段蹬伸的幅度、速度不够,向前性不好,损失的速度没有得到很好的补偿.最后一步助跑技术上的缺憾,是造成我国男子跳远运动员踏板速度偏低重要原因之一. |

| Abstract: | By means of literature review, high-speed photography, film analysis and comparison, a study is carried out in the last two strides of the approach taken by some national male long-jumpers. It's considered that the technique of national long-jumpers' last stride of the approach is irrational, which expresses in decreased velocity during the buffer phrase of the last stride; inadequate stretching and velocity so that lost velocity can't be compensated well. The failure in the last stride of the approach contributes to the low velocity of Chinese male long-jumpers. |
