特岗教师政策合理性审思

摘    要:特岗教师政策是农村学校师资问题的一项新政策。审思特岗教师政策的合理性,实际上是针对特岗教师政策中不利于教师发展的甚至阻碍教师发展的不科学之处不断优化政策的过程。从政策角度反思教师发展,是从根源处找出制约教师发展瓶颈,目的是为了教师更好地发展。合理性特岗教师政策应当是教师个体价值与社会价值、教育公平与效率的统一。

Abstract:Special-post teacher policy is a new policy for the rural school teachers.The aim of the research is to reflect the process of rationality of special-post teacher by studying unscientific aspects of blocking the development of special-post teaches and,find out the way of sustainable development of the teachers in order to optimize the policy.Reflecting the teachers’ development from the angle of policy,the bottleneck of the development can be found from the root for better development of teachers.The policy of rationality of special-post teacher should be the unity between individual value and social value,educational equity and efficiency.
