| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、实地考察与访谈、逻辑分析等方法,对南通市青少年训练项目布局的原则、现状特征、深化策略等进行研究,认为南通市青少年训练承载着延续"南通现象"的重要使命,其中重要的影响因素之一便是青少年训练项目布局及其训练组织的科学合理性。南通市的相关经验可为其他地区青少年竞技体育发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。
