| 摘 要： | 分析了当前中国城市居住环境改变对老年人晚年生活的影响。指出要实现居家养老这一目标，须保持住房及社区环境的稳定性、持续性，构建“自然形成的老年人社区”。还有必要构建多种类型的社会空间，加大社会资本的投资。

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the influences of changed housing environment on elderly people in urban community in China. The author points out that in order to attain the goal of ＂providing for the aged at home＂, we should maintain the steady and continuable housing and community environment, create ＂naturally occurring retirement communities＂, construct several kinds of social space, and enlarge the investment in social capital. |
