| 摘 要： | 大学英语听说教学数字化资源库是在教学中有效应用现代信息技术，促进教学改革，提高教学质量的基础和保证，本文论述了建设大学英语听说教学数字化资源库的必要性与紧迫性，对资源库建设的原则、方法与途径，资源库的管理与维护、教学应用等问题进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | Digital instruction resources of listening and speaking is the basis and guarantee of the effective use of modern information technology in the teaching reform of CET listening and speaking. Dealing with the necessity and urgency of the construction of the digital instruction resources,the authors make a preliminary exploration of the principles,methods and approaches to the construction of the resources, the management and maintenance of the resources as well as teaching application. |
