| 摘 要： | 从清末民初武术社团文化形成的历史背景出发,以组织文化理论为依托,将社团文化分成表层文化(物质层)、中层文化(制度层)和深层文化(精神层).对清末民初这一特殊时期武术社团的文化形成从3个不同层面进行归纳、演绎和分析,从而揭示清末民初这一特殊时期武术社团文化的本质内涵.研究清末民初武术社团文化,对于当前武术社团的发展及文化建设具有良好的借鉴作用.
