| 摘 要： | 针对金东世纪城住宅小区项目的风险管理现状,本文对该项目的开发决策、开发前期、建设、租售等整个投资风险管理全过程进行研究,并在研究中遵循风险识别、风险评估、风险控制的风险管理思路。采用市场调查法、专家意见法及核检表法,从定性判断和定量分析的角度,对该房地产项目一、二级风险进行风险识别,并分析了影响金东世纪城住宅小区项目投资风险的种种因素。
