| 摘 要： | 在沿海发达地区从小学三年级就开设了英语课，而且有条件参加各种形式的英语辅导班；然而处于经济劣势的西部彝族地区，英语教学却很难开展，只有提高彝族地区学生的思想认识，在遵循语言教学规律和学生成长规律的基础上，克服三语环境的影响，充分调动他们的主观能动性，找到适合自己的学习方法，才能使英语学习呈现出积极主动的状态。
