| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法，对竞技健美操3次规则变化对当前男子单人项目的发展趋势影响进行探讨，试图找到国际竞技健美操男子单人发展的主要方向，为竞技健美操的教学、训练提供参考。结论：动作难、编排美、重创新是当前世界竞技健美操男子单人项目的显著特点．也是未来的发展方向；新周期规则的导向更加要求提高成套动作的艺术性价值；难度动作级别的选择必须考虑运动员的自身素质能力；加强专项技术素质的训练与辅助设施的跟进是发展该项目的前提。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of documents,investigations and video statistics,the author analyzed the developmental trend of men's single item of competitive aerobics at present according to three times changes of regulation,and tried to find main development direction of men single item of international competitive aerobics and provided some references for teaching and training of aerobics.Result showed that difficult action,perfect arrange,and innovation are markedness in men single item of international competitive aerobics,and is the developmental direction in the future;new regulation request improve the action's arts value;difficulty choice must consider about athlete's ability;strengthen expert ability training and assistant establishment is precondition of this item. |
