| 摘 要： | 人本管理思想是现代管理科学经常用到的主要思想之一.在高校学生管理工作中应用人本管理思想是新形势对高校学生管理工作者提出的新要求.针对当前学生管理面临的新问题,高校要树立人本管理理念,尊重大学生的人格特点;构建以"服务"为中心的学生管理新模式,促进学生全面发展;建立灵活的激励机制,进一步调动学生的积极性和主动性;加强情感管理,提高学生管理的效果.
