| 摘 要： | 产业成长源自学习和内部技术能力的积累。本文首先在对技术能力等相关概念进行简要梳理的基础上,确立了技术推动产业成长的基本分析思路:通过学习进行技术能力积累进而实现产业成长。围绕这一思路,本文从不同技术来源角度,分析20世纪90年代以来技术引进、技术转移与自主研发在中国电子工业不同层次的技术能力积累过程中的作用。最后,本文通过Pearson相关分析以及出口结构变化考察了技术结构对电子工业成长的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Industry growth could be derived from learning and accumulation of internal technology capabilities. Based on the coordination of relevant concepts of technology capabilities, the paper established an analytic framework that technology impulses industry growth: accumulate technology capabilities though learning, and then achieve industry growth. Based on the framework and from different technology sources, it analyzed the role of technology importation, transfer and domestic self-reliance R&D in the accumulating process of multi-layers technology capabilities of Chinese electronics industry since 1990's.In the end, the paper investigated the promotion role of technology structure to industry growth through Pearson analysis and exportation structure changes. |
