| 摘 要： | 在我国建立市场经济的同时,改革冲击着精神生活的秩序,造成一部分人精神需要的危机。文中从加强精神生产、精神生活领域的立法和司法工作来保障人民的精神需要不受损伤;建立适应社会主义市场经济体制的道德体系;保护好精神生产者自由创造的权利;积极发展教育文化事业,使健康合理的精神需要得以产生,并引导人类的精神向着健康的方向发展等几个方面具体阐释了走出这一危机的应对方法。

| Abstract: | When the market economy is built in China,an impact on the order of spiritual life is also observed.This results in the crisis of some people's spiritual needs.Through strengthening on the legislative and judicial work of spiritual production as well as spiritual field to safeguard the people's spiritual needs without injury,establishing the moral system of socialist market economic system,protecting the spiritual producers' rights of free creation,developing educational and cultural undertakings.These lead to the healthy and reasonable spiritual need to emerge,and guide the development of human spirit toward healthy. |
