| 摘 要： | 本文从培训内容、培训方式、组织管理三个维度对新疆初中汉语骨干教师的培训满意度进行统计分析,揭示新疆初中汉语骨干教师培训满意度的总体情况和特征,分析不同类别学员培训满意度的差异及原因,以期为提高此类培训项目质量提供依据,从而使培训更具针对性和实效性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the training satisfaction of key Chinese teachers in middle school from Xinjiang is statistically analyzed in three key dimensions,which including training contents,training methods,organization and management. The overall situation and characteristics of the training satisfaction are revealed. The reasons on the differences of training satisfaction in different types of students are explained. |
