基于理想解法的区域自主创新能力评价与分析

摘    要:为了客观评价和比较分析中国省域自主创新能力,先建立区域自主创新能力评价指标体系,再应用理想解法对2010年中国大陆31个省、市、自治区区域自主创新能力进行评价,对评价结果进行分类比较分析,并对区域自主创新能力差异原因进行分析。评价结果表明中国省级区域的区域自主创新能力地域差异化明显,总体而言,东部地区的区域自主创新能力最强,其次是东北地区和中部地区,西部地区较弱。

Abstract:To objectively evaluate,compare and analyze the regional technology innovation capability,regional technology innovation capability evaluation indicators are set up,and then TOPSIS are adopted to evaluate regional independent innovation capability among 31 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in mainland China,to compare and analyze the evaluation results,to explain the cause of regional technology innovation capability differentiation.Evaluation results show there are obvious geographical differences among regional technological innovation capacity of provinces in China.In general,regional technological innovation capacity of the eastern region is the strongest,followed by the northeast region and the central region,and the western region is the weakest.
