| Abstract: | With the increase of divorce rate,how do we protect the legitimate right and interests of the one having no fault when divorced.The article,based on the divorce damage,integrating facts,elabor ates assuming the principal part of nesponability to the compensation for divorce,and the scope and mesns of compensation,so as to settle the problems on the law enforcement strictly and protection effectively. |
