| 摘 要： | 建设和发展数字图书馆是当今的趋势和必然。本文从图书馆的演变、我国的国情及国外数字图书馆的建设现状论述了建设数字图书馆的重大意义、分析了建设我国数字图书馆的基本思路，提出了加快我国数字图书馆建设的建议。
