| 摘 要： | 图书馆的发展过程包括体制改革、机制创新、活动开展、观念更新4个基本环节,其中图书馆观念是发展的革命性因素。观念的变革推动着图书馆体制的改革、机制的创新、活动的开展。纵观图书馆发展历史,图书馆观念的发展有文化建设观和社会建设观两条主线。图书馆将功能价值定位于信息交流的中心、自主学习的乐园、文化进步的阶梯。服务艺术是实现图书馆观念的方式、方法、策略和技巧,是用户正确利用图书馆的保障。
