| Abstract: | This thesis studies and analyzes the training patterns of talent-cultivation of Guangdong University
of Business Studies, and discusses about the functions of its educational and training pattern on the culturing of
innovational talents. Based on such discussion, this thesis provides constructive and applicable suggestions for the
training of innovational talents in Chinese Universities. |
