| 摘 要： | 高等学校院(系)资料室在教学、科研方面有其独特作用,有独立存在的价值。一方面是高等学校图书馆有益的补充,另一方面,其“专业性”与“针对性”又更贴近于院(系)教学、科研的实际需要。建设院(系)资料室,应从资金投入、人员配备、制度完善方面入手,切实加强院(系)资料室建设。

| Abstract: | Reference libraries in colleges and universities play a special role in teaching and scientific research and have self-existent values.On one hand,they are useful complements.On the other hand,specialty and pertinence cling to practical need of teaching and scientific research.It is suggested that colleges(departments) should begin with financing investment,staffing and system perfection to strengthen building of reference libraries. |
