| 摘 要： | 摘要：体育非物质文化遗产（以下简称体育非遗）是在历史中创造和积淀下来的传统体育文化资源，同时也是与各民族的社会特征、经济生活、宗教仪式、风俗习惯息息相关的传统文化现象，是一种“活态人文遗产”。主要采用了文献研究法、系统设计法，对正式录入我国省级以上非物质文化遗产名录中的体育非物质文化遗产，从所在行政区项目数量分布现状，项目类别、申报途径等申报现状，进行了梳理；对我国非物质文化遗产数字化现状从PC端网站及移动端的项目类型、功能、展现方式、互动以及更新频率等方面，进行了统计与分析；在此基础之上，对我国体育非物质文化遗产资源数据库进行了设计和创建；最后，以“群体智慧”“资源共享”“可持续发展”等理念为出发点，对数据库的后期管理从管理模式以及知识产权保护两方面进行了构思，旨在为我国体育非遗的活态传承与展示提供一个健康持久的线上平台。

| Abstract: | Abstract: The sports intangible cultural heritage is accumulated resources of traditional sports culture in the history, is a traditional cultural phenomenon related to social characteristics, economic life, religious rites and customs, and is a living cultural heritage. Using the methods of literature review and system design, this study combed the current situation of sports intangible cultural heritage in intangible cultural heritage above the provincial level, such as quantitative distribution, project categories and reporting ways; analyzed the digital status of China intangible cultural heritage from projects type, function, display mode, interaction and update frequency of PC and mobile terminals; then designed and established sports intangible cultural heritage resource database in China; and finally conceived management mode and intellectual property protection of late management of database based on the concepts of swarm intelligence, resource sharing and sustainable development, aimed at providing a healthy and lasting online platform for the inheritance and display of sports intangible cultural heritage. |
