| 摘 要： | 我国农村教育在初步实现“普九”目标后，基础教育有了飞跃的发展。反思农村义务教育教师队伍建设过程，仍面临不少问题，随着新课程改革的进一步深化，农村教师队伍建设面临的困境越来越成为制约农村义务教育发展的瓶颈。因此，应从农村学校的实际出发，积极采取措施解决当前农村教师队伍建设中出现的问题。

| Abstract: | After the initial realization of ＂compulsory education＂ goal in rural ddueation, basic education has a rapid development. There still exist a lot of problems by reflecting on the process of building rural compulsory education teaching staff. With the further deepe- ning of the new curriculum reform, the difficulty the building of rural teaching staff faces increasingly becomes the bottleneck restricting the development of rural compulsory education. Therefore, it is necessary to start from the reality of rural schools to actively take measures to solve the problems in current rural teaching staff bnilding. |
