中外合作办学与外籍教师管理问题刍议

摘    要:中外合作办学在教育国际化进程中扮演了客观手段和直接结果的双重角色。随着中外合作办学的迅猛发展和教育部《中外合作办学条例》的实施,外籍教师的引进和管理、外籍教师的地位和作用成为业内人士关注的焦点。本通过对外籍教师作用、优势和存在问题的分析,提出了提高外教使用与管理效能的一些对策。

Abstract:The practice of Sino-Foreign joint education has been playing dual roles of objective means and direct effect in the procedure of high education internationalization.. As the rapid development of Sino-Foreign joint education and the carrying-on of the educational ministry's Rules of Sino-Foreign Joint Education, the foreign teachers with their acceptance, management, position and function become a focus of attention. In this paper, the author brings forth a set of tactics that increase the effectiveness of foreign teachers based on the thorough analysis of foreign teachers' function with their superiority and shortcoming.
