| Abstract: | The paper systematicly discusses the significant role of water resource in the West China Development,and suggests that to make good use of the water resource,we must renew our ideas,develop the hydraulic economy,reform the management system of water conservancy,introduce competition in irrigatiom works,strengthen the opening policy and regulate watercourse by law.Only in this way can we push forward the development of water conservancy. |
