| 摘 要： | 目前,关于契约控制和社会控制的互动关系存在两种相互矛盾的观点。针对现有研究中的不足,提出了组织间学习、控制方式和技术创新之间关系的研究框架,分析了在中国商业传统条件下两种控制方式的互动关系及其对技术创新的影响。

| Abstract: | Contractual control and social control are two important control mechanisms in the process of inter-organizational learning.At present,there exist two incompatible viewpoints about the interaction of two control mechanisms.Aiming at the deficiency,a framework for researching the relationship of inter-organizational learning,control mechanisms and innovation is provided.The interaction of two control mechanisms and its impact on innovation are analyzed in Chinese business tradition,and the paper puts forward guidance for Chinese firms to adopt more effective control mechanisms in the process of inter-organizational learning and improve innovation. |
