| 摘 要： | 新技术具有高度的不确定性,如何从这些众多的新技术中识别和选择具有产业化潜力的新技术,其中基础和关键的一步,就是建立科学、全面的新技术产业化潜力评价指标体系,并科学确定各指标的权重大小。通过Delphi调查构建了新技术产业化潜力评价指标体系,并探讨了ANP在新技术产业化潜力评价指标权重计算方面的运用。

| Abstract: | Due to uncertainties and complexities give birth to the future of new technology, it is very difficult to identify and select the industrialization potential of new technology from many emerging technologies, the critical step is how to design the industrialization potential evaluation system of new technology and calculate the weight of each index scientifically. This paper discusses the industrialization potential evaluation system based on Delphi survey and proposes the process of weight computation by applying ANP in SD software. |
